The South County Golf Club

  1. The promoter of this Competition is The South County Golf Club, Brittas, Co. Dublin
  2. To enter the Competition, entrants need to enter their details in the designated competition area on the www.southcountygolf.ie website. One entry per person is permitted. The South County Golf Club is not responsible for incorrectly completed, lost, illegible or delayed entries. 
  3. Entry is not open to The South County Golf Club employees, or any service provider or associated company appointed by The South County Golf Club for the purpose of administering or fulfilling this competition and the prize (or any of their families).
  4. The prize is a 5 Day Membership to The South County Golf Club for 2010
  5. The winner will be selected by an independent judge and the winner will be notified no later than 31st March 2010.  The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance by the winner and if The South County Golf Club cannot contact the winner within a reaonable period or if the prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, The South County Golf Club may deem the prize as unclaimed or unaccepted and the next best entry may be awarded the Prize at The South County Golf Club’s discretion.   The South County Golf Club will not be liable for any failure or inability of the winner to accept or avail of the prize.  The prize is not transferrable.  The winner must avail of the prize prior to the 30th June 2010.
  6. The South County Golf Club reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equivalent value if the prize is unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash will not be provided as an alternative.  
  7. If we suspect fraud or other cirumstances affecting the integrity of the competion, The South County Golf Club reserves the right to end or suspend the competition or amend these terms & conditions, or revoke the prize.
  8. If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed to be legally invalid such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.
  9. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to The South County Golf Club to use the relevant winner's name, county address and photo for purposes of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional consideration.
  10. The South County Golf Club’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The South County Golf Club reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.   If entrants continue to particpate following such revision they will be deemed to agree to the amended terms.
  12. The competition is governed by Irish Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
